Gracen Tilton is a first-time homebuyer who now lives in Mallard Lakes. Since she works in the real estate business, I asked her why Mallard Lakes has flown under the radar for so long. 
“Usually, Mount Pleasant buyers are looking for more expensive homes,” explained Tilton. “Most agents don’t realize our neighborhood is as special as it is. Of course, I see the benefits every day since I live in the neighborhood.”
